On March 30th, 2023, our beloved Hunter Stokes, a cherished son, brother, and friend, departed this world unexpectedly. Hunter's passing was a profound and unimaginable loss for all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Known for his kind and gentle soul, Hunter's unwavering dedication to his family was his defining characteristic. He possessed a selfless spirit and would go to great lengths to support and care for those he loved. Whether it was helping out with household chores or being an usher at sisters wedding, Hunter was always there, ready to lend a hand and make life brighter for those around him.

Hunter's enjoyment for life was evident in his wide range of interests and adventures. He was a talented guitarist who found solace and expression through music. His enthusiasm for paintballing and video games brought joy to his leisure hours. But what truly set Hunter apart was his sense for adventure. From water skiing to bungee jumping, parasailing to gold mining, and even renting a Tesla just for the thrill of it, Hunter embraced every opportunity to experience something new and exciting.

Animals held a special place in Hunter's heart, and his love for them was boundless. He adored his beloved cat, Scoop, and all the dogs in his life. He was the ultimate dog sitter for his sister’s faithful companion, Shiloh. We aim to honor Hunter and his love of animals through Hunter’s Hope Foundation.
